We currently ship across India. Orders can be placed from any location within India where courier services are available.
If your delivery location is not serviceable, our team will contact you and assist with the next steps.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Other Cities and Towns: 3 to 7 working days
- Remote Areas: 5 to 9 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or above a certain order value. Any such offer will be clearly displayed on the website.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.
If you face any issue in tracking your order, you may contact our customer support team.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery at least two times.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the package
- Inform our support team immediately
- Share clear photos of the package
We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
